vacuum and t2 swap question

so im in the middle of my t2 swap and im looking over a vacuum diagram, and my question is about whether i need to put this restrictor pill in , my setup is

88 4 port turbo , stock s4 turbo , 3" turbo back with cat delete pipe, Fmic, bov, stock ecu, omp block off, all emissions gone

im not sure about this because of my free flow exhaust .. any insight would be excellent

If you mean the pill for the boost sensor line, yes, you should put it in. It smooths out pressure changes.

with that exhaust system and a stock wastegate i would recommend getting a bost controller, fuel cut defenser, possibly upgrading your injectors to a bigger size and also getting a better fuel pump then a stock one, all that flow will raise ur boost levels to unsafe margins for stock internals on that s4 keg, this is where the boost controller and fuel cut defenser come into play to help regulate spikes. the injectors and fuel pump will help u from having some pretty bad stalling / hesitation issues and also help u not run to lean

Boost controllers and FCDs don't lower boost. Adding those without porting the wastegate would just make the problem worse. Rtek chipped ECUs are a much better route to go than an FCD anyway. Larger injectors and a better fuel pump are always a good idea.

You can buy one direct through a dealership, or just make one yourself. Find something you can jam in the line, and drill a small hole in the center. I made one out of a little plastic plug.

Use the ADCANCED SEARCH engine on this site. Enter the word ORIFICE and HAILERS. I uploaded a jpg out the the PARTS FISCHE that is available on this site to copy the page that has it SHOWN. That jpg also shows the size of the hole in the ORIFICE. Bye.
