Oh... My emissions is removed btw... So this is a bit confusing, but it gets me a little closer to a solution. Gives me more things to check anyway.

What kind of BOV? Mine doesn't open either, and it's a POS GReddy Type RS knockoff from ebay. It's plumbed correctly, but it just doesn't work, so I'm not driving it until I get another one.

If you look on that diagram, you can see the grey line goes to the FPR solenoid, then the light green line goes to the back of the manifold. The MAP sensor is the light blue line, so it looks as if your drawing has it on the wrong spot. Look at "view A" on the diagram for the correct nipple. Doesn't matter, though. So long as it's manifold vacuum, and not ported vacuum, you're fine.

Post pics of how your BOV is installed. Maybe I can help.

An actual picture. What kind of BOV? Do you have it plumbed correctly? Kind of hard to tell by an MS paint rendering

HKS SSQV oldschool. from your diagram it shows to run the single vac line from the top of the BOV straight to the pass. side nipple on the UIM. so if thats right, i have it plumbed right. will have an actual picture today or tomorrow.
