vaccum nipple on s5 turbo

I'm putting an s5 turbo and manifold on my s4. I noticed that on the s5, the wastegate line has a nipple for a vaccum line. What do i need to hook up to it? Or do i just cap it off. Thanks in advance...

Not sure exactly what you are talking about. The S-4 and S-5 turbines have a nipple on the actuator. There should be a nipple on the compressor housing of the turbine as well. Depending on if you have a boost controller or not will determine where you will hook them up. For stock boost just put a hose between the two nipples.

I think this is what you are referring to, if not explain more and we can help.

remove the metal hose and run a new rubber line from the turbo nipple to the wastegate nipple. that one is for a stock S5 boost controler.

Or just cap it. Don't leave it open, or you'll overboost.

I didn't say cap it as I thought there was a pill in there somewhere? there would have to be for a bleeder type boost controler.

if so better to run a new line.
