Question Unknow connector and pipe missing?

While inspecting the throttle body on my Mazda RX-7 FC Turbo to diagnose a high idle problem (the engine idles at 1500 RPM even when warm), I noticed a severed connector (green and black wire). The connector is located underneath the intake manifold, near the throttle body.

Additionally, I found an open fitting or port beneath the intake manifold that appears to be for a hose or sensor, but I am unsure what it connects to. Around this area, I observed a lot of dried coolant, which could indicate a related issue.
I searched but I couldn't figure out anything

It will be difficult to understand <img src=" class="post_inline_image" data-size="1120x2000" data-src="https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7club.com-vbulletin/1120x2000/img_5166_f10e1e8c7fd363886fff310ea5add16b0555d90d.jpg" loading="lazy" />

Maybe the previous owners redid the wiring? because the connector is attached but the broken one seems quite far from the sensor on the exhaust
