does anyone know what this hose is?

its leaking coolant thats puddling on top of my motor and running down the side of the transmission. is there any way to change this hose without removing the throttle body and intake manifold?

you will have to remove the throttle body and i believe that line runs to the top of the intake manifold directly underneath

Yes thats correct, if you remove the top intake manifold and the TB you can get to it its on the top of the middle intake manifold.

i know mine was an S4 and im about 98% sure there is now way to do it without pulling the UIM. Also if you have the time and money and havent done so. It probably a good idea to check your OMP lines and replace or have your injectors cleaned. That way you dont have to pull the UIM again anytime soon

Yes it does, on an S5. This is an S4 and the back valve is on the right side of the top intake manifold, so the coolant hose for that is farther back.

Less than that when you're rushing to replace a fuel line at midnight in an elementary school's parking lot
