Turbo question

I just want to know if this turbo will provide the same reliability and power/performance that a bnr stage 3 or 4 will?

You'll have to find a T3 manifold or one of those adapters for T4 to T3. With the amount of parts needed and work involved in going with a T4 setup though you'll be pissed at the numbers you get out of that turbo, which is barely an upgrade from stock. Not to mention @ $225 I'd be scared of that thing.

Performance or reliability the BNR wins though.

That is a chinese turbo. You will never pay below $500 for a new Garrett T3...

The advertisement touts "High quality" but does not list the brand name. Therefore, I can only assume that it is one of those piece of junk Mexican or Chinese turbos that plague the ricer world. I don't see any warranty on that website. BNR comes with a 1-year warranty. Based on the very little information given by that website, BNR wins hands down.
