Turbo oil line in emmisions delete?

Removed the rats nest on my motor today while I was blocking off the emissions.

Noticed that there was a hardline going to the top of my s5 turbo that went to a banjo bolt on the other side of the front iron.

Do I steal this original line from the rats nest somehow, or is there another way of making this connection?

its not a rats nest line , at least not on my series 4.

Its a long hardline that goes across the top of the block, its actually two lines together , one isn't used if you're deleting emissions.

Be warned its fitment sucks and doesn't like being bolted on.

you can take that line off the Rat's nest with a dremel and just have that single line leading to the Turbo.
You do need it,so there is no way around it.You can't delete it,The turbo will not get oil and Bye,bye Turbo.

just be careful if you try to dremel it off, it is soldered to the other hardline.

I just cut the other tubes off, then worked my way into the Oil line..You got lots of room for cutting.

You can always say "screw it" and get an aftermarket line to take it's place.

What would I but though? Something that goes to a banjo bolt or is there something to replace it?

You got a hydraulic shop near you?
Bring in the 2 pieces and they can make something up for you.
HIMNI Racing sells a line for the turbo.

I run an aftermarket T04S and I got a hi pressure line with banjo on one end and a screw on fitting to the oil flange "adapter" thingie...

Here:I found some pics, you can make out just barely the banjo bolt under the intercooler clamp.
and you can see the "thingie" on the turbo..lol!
