Around 10..depending on condition of fuel system. Mostly due to the stock pump not being able to keep up with the increased fuel, not the injectors themselves being inadequate..

indeed. the stock injectors can flow enough to keep up with probably 15-16 psi with a good fuel pump and some tuning.

But the intercooler and turbo would be way past efficiency levels.

so say i needed to upgrade fuel for boost reasons.....for the time being i can just say **** the 720's???
im going to upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro most likely, but i would like to avoid the 720 endeavour for the time being if possible...
will i NEED an safc with just a walbro and stock injectors?

You dont really need an SAFC. If you wanted to up the boost just get a high flow fuel pump and a FCD for starters.

ASE/L! Master,Fuel regs are set up to get the spic perssure at a spic flow , more flow over spic flow and the is goinrg to be a higher perssure. If the flow drops off below spic flow the perssure will always reman at spic perssure unless the flow is less then fuel deliver (the nozzles are useing more then there is flow)

i have an fcd...im just trying to keep the car from blowing while sticking to a budget....

i dont mind running a little rich above 3800, as long as my engine doesnt suffer.....

i guess the first thing ill do is upgrade the pump, and then get an safc....once i have all that installed ill go with bigger injectors if i find that i need them

then...... then i go on to inside cosmetics...
i really need an mp3 headunit

Running rich any engine, wash out of the oil. Rotarys have oil injectors, there is a reson why they like oil.(If I do this , what will be the chane reaction)

Isnt it true that the stock ECU in a TII will lean out the fuel mixture if it boosts over 10psi? I dont think the car likes to go over 10psi on stock ECU.

Correct me if im wrong.

The stock ecu will cut fuel to the second rotor if boost goes above the factory preset limit. That is why we need FCDs (tricks ECU into thinking boost level is still stock). The stock fuel cut levels for s4 and s5 are different I believe.
