it would also be wise to have a fuel cut defender, im sure you alreay thought of that but, it seems as though you might be running higher than normal boost. correct? just trying to help!

you might also wanna check to see if those turbos will bolt up to your exhaust manifold. you might need an after market one. other than that i dont see how it wouldnt be possible.

i am thinking of going with this setup: raceported t043 turbo with t04 manifold, walboro 255 fuel pump, intake, 3" exhaust, and am wondering if i should also need to run a fmic and what kind of other fuel mods i should do i also plan on going haltech. sorry to take up your post but i've been wanting to ask these questions and by god you already started the topic of the t04

you should use 720cc or bigger injectors and fmic i heat soak stock tmic very easy with stock turbo.

need to know best specs on to4 for stock ecu w/safc im sure it would have to spool close to stock or does it matter will have haltech in a few months but need new turbo soon

Yes, just keep boost low because there is not really a way to retard timing more.

BTW, boost controller does NOT lower boost!!!

you'll probably need bigger secondaries than that and a walbro. also i would think your timing would be way off if you were to run that much boost.

yes sean, but the stock ecu doesn't retard the timing past 8 Psi. you need to make sure the SAFCII does that.
you still running open downpipe?

i'm sorry, i got you and fc313bt88 mixed up. to answer your question, i would think 1600cc would be enough. you'll be running a pretty powerful setup so you may need a competition fuel pump also, just to be on the safe side.

someone wanna correct me if i'm wrong?

ps. this is why i can't wait till henrick finishes his ecu upgrade. it retards timing ~1 deg for every PSI after 9...

Dont mean to hijack this thread, but does that mean you dont run an fcd with his ecu chip? Seeing as if you were running the fcd the ecu would never know you hit over 8 psi.
