Turbo gurrus...I NEED YOUR HELP!

Ok,
Now I need to know what all goes onto the 89+ Turbo Motors..the guy I'm getting the '91 motor from says he has the block and the turbo. But he does not have the manifolds. Now, I will need an exhaust manifold for the turbo, and an upper and lower intake manifold, right? I will also need a TB, will a FD one work? also, could I use an FD upper intake manifold? Will my '88 NA alternator work on the '91 turbo motor? Will any 89 to 91 Turbo ECU work w/ a Jspec motor? What else do I need to complete my drop in of the new motor? Thanks...

You need a Series5 (89+) manifold for the turbo...correct. You need the upper and lower intake manifolds and the Series5 TB. The manifolds from the S4 and S5's are not interchangeable. No you will need an 89+ alternator (I think, double check that one) Any 89+ ECU will work with the series 5 J-Spec motor. You also need a J-Spec intercooler if you don't have a FMIC because there are not connections on the motor for some of the vacuum lines that go to your US spec stock IC.
