www.corksport.com has an aftermarket style one, but that's for an existing turbo hood.

If you plan on just putting a scoop on a regular hood, buy one from Summit or something.

 

If you mean the plastic insert that goes into the aluminum hood, then I have no idea other than the parts trader or a junkyard. There is always the dealer

Here are a few shots of an aftermarket hood scoop from summit or jegs, I forget. His vert is a TII. I don't personally care for it, but it is unique, and functional.
