quick question, there looks to be a port where a tube is suppose to come out of the oil feed thing where you fill up your oil on your 13bt, where would this go. its on the lower part, not on the oil feed thing, but on the block but right next to it. is it for coolant???

 

Nope.
It's part of your Crankcase vent system.

I believe that hole connects to your charcoal canister.

The one at the oil fill cap goes to the intake with a one way check valve if I'm correct.

If you check the FSM in the EFI section there is a vacuum diagram with each line.
