Exclamation Which TII Downpipe and Mid pipe to get???

I'm doing a NA-TII conversion and already have the Corksport 2.5 inch to 3 inch cat back single and want some input on the downpipes.

So far I am looking at Racing Beat and Corksport.

Racing beats is 2.5 inch all the way and is $245
Corksports is 3 inch tapered to 2.5 to meet up with cat back. That one is $248

I would like opinions and knowledge from personal use.
I figured the RB might flow better because it doesn't bottle neck like the CS does. Although the CS has a little better potential for flow.

Or if there are any others let me know.

The one restriction is that it has to taoer to 2.5 inch so it can mate with my CS catback.

RX7.com sells the Bonez system.

However it requires the stock piece of exhaust between the downpipe and the cat. Of course you could have that made.

custom is usually cheaper to have your shop build you one then it is to buy and ship and will even be mandrel bent as well. worked for me!

Hmmmm...

My local shops will charge more to have stainless steel 2.5" mandrel bend pipes fabbed...

I have the Corksport 3" Turbo back... Wasn't a shop in town that could or would make that system for less than it cost from Corksport...

Dude, then don't ask your shops to fab SS. SS is more expensive and it is harder to bend. No wonder it is more pricey. I cannot think of system mentioned on this tread that is SS.

Digi7ech I have the same setup. when you have the mid pipe made up cut off the flange and half foot of pipe off the corksport. 3inch all the way

Thunderfab...195 and it's all one piece. Keep the old cats around incase you have a visual emissions check and it's a easy swap in out.

I don't have the old cats. I have a GTU whic I'm doing a TII swap in.

I have the Bonez Superflo in it now and it's a one piece downpipe and cat.

Corksport is SS....

So my comment stands... SS cost's more to Fabricate!!!

I was comparing apples to apples.... Not apples to oranges which is what a custom made pipe would be...
