Throttle noise QUESTION...
valve-like sound, a sort of "click, click, click" and burned plastic odor
I hear the sound close to the exhaust manifold, valves VDI, body acceleration
when push the acelerator stops, but like comment in this thread... so painfull to my hear.

BAC valve makes a ticking noise. Also fuel injectors make ticking noise as they open and close. Burned plastic odor is something else, probably something touching your exhaust manifold or exhaust?
If you installed an aftermarket header, the thinner walled tubing will make a ticking noise that is normal from the un-dampened exhaust noise coming out of the engine bouncing on the tubing.

thanks x the advice...
but still have OEM manifuld, and you maybe right cause I don`t really can identify
were`s come from.
anybody else
Take a long, hefty screw driver, and hold the blade against various components in the area the noise seems to come from, and put your ear against the handle end - it will work as a sort of stethoscope to more directly transmit noises to your ear. You'll probably know when you find where the noise comes from, because it will be louder and more distinct.

Sounds like the relief and switching solenoids clicking when the throttle linkage is moved.........except they're on the left side of the engine. They open/close when the throttle linkage is moved from idle to above idle and vice versa.
PD's make a noise if the pump is running but does not change when the throttle linkage is moved.
