Thrasher/Zach if anyone knows him or see's him, i have been waiting for a refund on items i purchased form him which took over 2 months to hear from him...then he said it would be sent out on the 27th of august...but it is now september 19 and he still doesnt return my emails or pm's. i have been very patient and am trying to be understanding but this is just WRONG! noone should have to go through this kind of stress and frustration..if you dont have something to sell...or are not able to follow through with something, DO NOT lead people on! be straight up so people can at least respect your honesty. sorry i had to vent...soo much i want to RIP into, but i wont. just hope he is not doing this to anyone else. and Zach/Thrasher if you are reading this, please contact me so we can try to resolve this matter. dont hide from it.

Thrasher, I called you and you said on the phone that you would email me the tracking number for my items and my refund...that was on the 21, and it is now the 26 and i am yet to receive any confirmation of the items being sent! what is the problem? you gotta have $30.00 somewhere........please respond.

JUNE 6 2002, is the exact date this transaction took place...Federal money order received and ever since then been waiting and still 4 months later no progress.it is days from being OCTOBER. how patient do you think i should be? and how patient would you be? 5 months??
ZACH, I will be going down to the post office in a matter of days if i do not hear from you...i will file a FRAUD case against you. since money has been sent and received and cashed by you, and the merchandise has not been sent. it is a federal offense to fraudulantly accept federal money order for items falsely advertised. i have all our email correspondence and am sure the information will be helpfull for their investigation.
i am sorry but 5 months is just way too long. i hope the Federal officials are as understanding as i was when they begin to prosecute you.

Zach, im running out of choices for dealing with this situation...please respond soon because once i go to the post office to file a claim on my money order...there is no turning back. they will investigate and eventually prosecute you. lets resolve this issue once and for all.

the reason is probably because they understand what i am going through and can empathize. if you dont like it, simply dont read the post...thanks :P
the forum is here for us to try to resolve issues regarding our cars, i feel i am doing that...and i am not hurting anyone.
