Pretty sure there isn't one,,PCV is (possitive crankcase ventalation),,and don't think the rotaty needs one,,being how it doesn't have valve covers and such

Yes there is,

Look by the oil filler neck, you,ll see a hose connected at the base of the pipe and also at the end of the pipe. They connect to the purge valve and a solenoid and the run over to the TID.

Oh that's where it is!! That part that goes to the TID, I just have it dangling in the air, as I had built my own 3" TID...is that safe like that?

Just put a lawnmower engine air filter on it... you know those little 2in diamater ones... Just to keep the any dirt out, just like you'd do with a piston car...

Could be why your getting white gunk on the dipstick as the 'crankcase' wont be purged when running so the water vapour just collects. Other than that, you should be fine.

OH yeah! that's true...so should I be plugging this line back into my intake or just a filter on it will help?...either way, the air around here is SUPER MOIST, it rains all the time, I figure it will dump moisture into my engine anyways...

The silver end that typically plugs into your TID is a one way checkvalve.. there is no harm done if you leave it unplugged so long as the checkvalve is still connected.. Crankcase pressures can still vent through this line (so long as the checkvalve is still functioning (you can blow through it one way..)
