air pump and 6pi

I have a RB header with the presilencer right now and I heard those will work fine to run the car without the airpump on a S4 N/A
is this true?

also would this give me more flamage running with no airpump?

and if I was to remove it what all would I have to take off

one last question would it cause any harm just to remove the belt on the airpump and drive it around like that just to make sure things work ok for a few days?

**** dude, this is what i think i might do.
Straight pipe from the headers back to a single muffler.
jimmy rig a hose from the air pump to the 6pi so they wil still work.
Just my 2 cents.
