thats a Full out Monster Port for classes which dont allow Peripheral Porting

Lifespane of that motor would be about 6-9 months before it started leaking water

That looks like a "Pineapple Port" !!!

Those don't make muke sense for the US, though... I can't find a US sanctioning body that wouldn't consider that a peripheral port - every definition I've seen for peripheral port is when ANY part of the intake passes through the rotor housing - so even a regular ol' relieved bridge would be considered "peripheral" since the rotor housing gets cut! So it would make more sense to go with a "standard" peripheral port which would last a lot longer.

OTOH... I've heard (no hard numbers, sadly) that the really huge monster ports like that can actually make more power than a peripheral port because of the way the airflow comes in and the larger port runner area...
