Strut bar Q's

Are front and rear strut bars worthwhile mods on a basically stock rex? Will there be noticeable improvments? Should I not bother until after I have swapped out the stock suspension?

Thanks.

'89TII-Have front brace. Did notice some improvement in rigidity.
Let's face it, it can't hurt.

They do add some performance... but you'd be better off spending the money for a set of springs and adjustable AGX's... or better yet, save a month's pay after rent and car payment and buy a set of coilovers.

I just got one of the cheap ones off of E-Bay and installed it this weekend. Makes a pretty big difference on my '91 vert. But then again it's not too hard to add rigidity to a vert. I would say it was worth the $40 I spent on it.

Has anyone noticed that the strut bars for our vehicles are all screwed up? They cover not only the radiator cap from access but also the OIL!!!!

WTF???

Its more of a hassle. I think I am only gonna use it when I have to.

It sucks ***!!
