Im in the San Diego area and looking into street porting my 89 GXL N/A.......any one know of a good place to go to near by to get this done?
also just by flipping thru some websites it seems like the way to go is with turbo 2 rotor housings since there is no diffuser in the exhaust ports(some places like mazdatrix wont port N/A exhausts because of these) and also to add the lightened turbo 2 rotors....but it seems kinda pricy to get these items about 400 a piece for a housing and 450 for a rotor......can anyone give me some good suggestions???
i think im gonna go with the racing beat header and prescilencer setup for my exhaust

 

also i read that you should have the housings lapped and then have the water jacket cleaned afted they were lapped before the engine is put back together
does anyone know about this?
