My alarm goes off all the time by it self, even with the doors unlocked! WTF?

Is there some way to remove it?

disconect unit, it's located in right front speaker panel! That should kill the alarm.

the control unit is located in front right speaker panel. Unplug it, that should fix your problem.

17 socket plug......on a 87 model.

EDIT: Might be more pins on a 90. I have no schematic for the 90. Just unplug it and have a go at it.

The online 89 manual shows the theft unit has been moved to the CPU. See the attached jpg
