Steering wheel question.

I cant find an answer to this and am wondering how many millimeters the stock three point steering wheel is. I would measure it my self but mine was broken when I got it and I threw it away.

It's GOTTA be a 380. I went to a 350, and felt a notable difference.

It's 380mm and offset 2mm upwards.
I think this is straight from the Yamaguchi book.

Good luck seeing your speedo
If you're average in height and don't recline the seat like you're going to take a nap everywhere, you'll probably lose sight of the speedo needle around 50-60 mph, and your left-most accessory gauges. Yes, I made this mistake three wheels ago.

Just curious, what's the ideal wheel size? 350mm plus a spacer? No spacer? (keep in mind i'm only 5'10" )

I finally settled on a 350mm wheel with a 50mm spacer. I'm 5'10" and can see all the gauges except for the rear defroster light, don't hyper-extend my arm over the top when steering one-handed, don't have me head stuffed in the ceiling, or have my knees hit the steering column. It's juuuuuuuust right. After a quick paint match to my car's exterior, I'm very satisfied.

Eww, rice... I would paint it black, but whatever floats your boat, I guess!

Car's exterior is Noble White, and some of the interior is Noble White. It's a color scheme. Now if it was neon red or yellow, that would be rice.
