I'm running GF210's with KYB AGX struts on my car right now. The ride is bearable but stiff and the drop gives the car a more aggressive stance. The strut/spring setup seems to keep the tires from bouncing over bumps well. Beyond that I can't really comment as I have not had the car to the track yet.

P.S.
You will want to consider buying a set of camber links to go along with the spring upgrade unless you like burning up the inside of your rear tires every summer.

i just installed a set of stechs on my car and it dropped the front perfect, there is only like an inch between the fender well and the tire and ive got stock wheels. the rear could go a bit lower but it looks really good.

Keep in mind that both of those springs, due to their shape, reduce front wheel and tire clearance and will limit how big of a wheel and tire you can run up front.

I got the Tanabes and I'm very happy with them. A little stiffer and a more aggressive drop than the S.Techs. I'm running stock struts and it still feels great. If you're worried that the 1' drop of the Teins isn't going to be low enough, then you probably won't be satisfied with the 1' drop. Go with the Tanabes. If you want to go lower but don't wanna buy coilovers, look at Ground Control; Eibach springs with threaded sleeves for height adjustability and you can select your own spring rates. Obviously pricier than regular springs though.
