Look in the drift section a lot of info there and plenty of people to private message. Knuckle/spindle mods are pretty extreme, and there are other ways to get more angle. Tie rod ends/tie rod spacers are a start. I would say learn on the stock material then start upgrading.
But it's basically: measure, cut and weld together.
Make sure you have a proper wheel and tire setup so your not hitting anywhere (LCA). And you'll probably need wider fenders.

I modded my knuckles it was pretty straight forward if you can weld or have someone to weld for you... I cut the knuckle 1.25 inches from on center of the hole for the tie rod, take the small piece that you cut off (has the hole for the tie rod) camfer
The top of the piece next to the tie rod hole, and the bottom of the knuckle next to where you just cut, clamp the cut off piece to the under side of the knuckle where you just cut it one inch. Tig
It. Now you just shortened the turning radius of the knuckle and dropped the tie rod to help with bump steer.... I gusset mine too to help with strength. You can mig weld it too... The key is in the deep chamfer and high amp welding for deep penetration... Sorry for multiple posts... iPhone is acting up
