Spacers required?

Hi guys,

Quick q's

I am trying to sell a set of FD rims and people are telling me that you need spacers to fit FD rims on an FC. The guy for whom I am selling the rims for swears they are currently on his 90 FC with no spacers.

At any rate, I am still selling the rims with tires but would like the correct information on spacers.

I believe the rear will fit w/out spacers, but fronts need them (i think ¾"?) to avoid rubbing

The back will fit fine, the front will require 20mm or so spacers to fit.

Read the FAQ at the top of this section... it covers the size spacers you will need to fit them on a FC

well, just fyi if you sell the rims and the buyer needs spacers for his fc, i can get them in sizes from 15mm to 30mm in 5mm increments, i believe the correct offset is 25 or 30mm depending on the tires you run.
