Somebody please help...

Alright.. heres the story. I just bought a rx-7 from my friend. it was running good when he had it. He told me if anything goes wrong with it he woudl get me parts.. But now i have the car and it wont start... It will turn over but it wont fire.. but if i try to give it gas it floods the engine quick.. (oh yeah i have a 86 model) so i changed the spark plug and it worked till i parked.. then i found out one of the spark plug cable were cut.. I replaced the spark plug cables and i parked it at a friends house.. now it wont start.. could it be the spark plugs?? Wires?? or Fuel Pump?? somebody please help me

You might be flooding man, very common. Do the fuse trick.

Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen technical section. your bumps have been deleted

and it sounds like your car is flooded.

Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this section. It covers how to clear a flood if you do not have your owners manual.

Try making sure your plug wires are in the right order... You don't know how many people have asked me to fix their car for them, and all I had to do was put the wires right... lol

That suggests that the car was flooded.
