I had a Pace Setter, then a motoria presiliencer and catback. It was deafening, I had to have a cat put in for emissions, and I put the silencers in the muffler. It sounds good now!

Have a Pacesetter header for about 10 years, only driven in winter one year. Some surface rust, but alright, since the material is pretty thick.
The Pacesetter cat-back is crap in terms of fir (or at least was) - returned it after a couple of hours screwing with it to fit. Got a Dynomax instead (on a budget as always). This was a few years ago.
You may need to rig up your 6PI system another way on S4's (see archives, FAQ, etc.)

yeah big hp gain kinda, the difference between PS and RB headers is maybe 1-2 HP at the most, if even that... power wise that is
