Smoke on deceleration

It is easier to show a video of what is happening. I am getting really bad blue smoke when i decelerate. I have searched and have narrow it down to oil ring seals or my turbo. I would like more input before i tear anything apart. If someone has any input i would appreciate it... thanks in advance!

the best way to eliminate the turbo seal from the equation is to take off the top mount and see if there is oil in the intake track.

Takes only 15 minutes and you'll have an answer.
Although, if there is oil in the intake, you still could have a bad oil seal in the motor.

I'd like to know about seafoam too. In the oil? In the gastank?
Thanks,

Could be oil seal on the exhaust side of the turbo.

my TII does the same thing, the turbo checks out and is a brand new rebuild.. it's the oil control rings in my case.. someone said they had good luck running the "Stop Smoke" oil additive, I have a full bottle in there and it made no difference. if I rev it over 4k then stop at a light everyone thinks my car is on fire.. lol

Did you cap the crankcase venst on the middle iron or the oil filler pipe? Those should not be capped, and if they are the result could be blue smoke due to excess crankcase pressure.

The car always floods so i installed a fuel cut switch to compensate. but as of right now i can almost never get her to start when she is hot.

i'd say you have your answer then. sounds like a blown seal to me. hot start issues and burning excess oil are two signs of a tired motor.
