What you guys think? I replaced the headlamp with PIAA fog lights.

It could work if you finished it off. Looks like it's got potential, but I'm not digging it without a surround.

Good luck.

whats the big deal with the sleepy eye thing? It looks like the lights are broken when they don't go down all the way. That doesn't speak well for a 15+ year old car. I think the lights should be up, down, or do a FTP conversion to make them like the j-spec models. Or spend the money to get a real projection headlight kit.

Just my personal beef with sleepy headlights.

Is that a 240SX? Where did you get the headlights from?

I say keep the stock head lights, or get the 2 grand conversion that puts them inside the hood permanetly. Sleepy eyes look broken.

are you going to get out and manualy crank the light housing to that height every time it gets dark, or are you going to drive around like that all the time?

I've seen the kits on ebay that interupt the signal to the headlight motors and allow you to set how high they'll go up with a dial....let's see if I can find a link. Nope. Just search around it's some controller made in Japan and you wire it in.

Hey thanks for all your guys opinion. I just wanted to know what people thought about the conversion. My car isnt all that in a good shape considering its just a toy for me. Im planning clean up a bit, hopefully then it wont be the worse looking RX-7 on this forum. Blah.
