The sleepy eye look is in fact not a mod, it's the unsafe result of broken headlights and should be avoided at all cost.

RX7 Rule #4 - Thou shall not have sleepy eyes.

If you want your car to be unsafe, not street legal and look retarded, I am not going to help you.

Fortunately for you this topic has been covered many, many times before and if you had bothered to search you would have found this out.

Ps. The “sensible” way to do this is to install a height adjuster that can be used from inside the car.

Because it blocks half the headlight resulting in less light at night, less visibility, you wont see that deer till you hit it and your upside down in a ditch.

im not saying how it looks, im talking about safety, and running with your high beams pisses off the people in front of you and coming in the opposite direction, and if im not mistaken a ticketable offense if you run with them on, on highways and interstates.

Then what do you do when its dark and you need your high beams? now they are obsolete and you cant pass inspection either.

What "can be done" and what "should be done" are often not birds of the same feather.

Just go pivot controller as mentioned earlier. During the day it gives you the broken headlight look (which comes with the dopeness in my opinion), and at night headlights go all the way up when you turn the lights on.

Unfortunately you are gonna use ebays search button though, its about the same difficulty level as the one on this site though.
