Sizing a Hybrid Turbo? Not just picking a BNR Stage

I was wondering what everyone has for the trims and wheel clips and what not.

Stockport S4 13BT w/ 2.5" exh, intake, fuel mods, fmic etc.
goal is about 300-320rwhp

I was looking at the BNRs and was thinking of something similar to a stage 2, which is T04B compressor wheel and turbine with a stock turbine side, i think the turbine wheel may be clipped.
But how to pick the proper compressor wheel and clip and such?

Also, when hybriding with a t04 compressor onto a stock hotside, do you need a new backplate?

Here is Turbonetics Compressor page
http://64.225.76.178/catalog/comp_wheels.html

I was looking at t04b standard shaft section
Here are all of the compressor wheel trims,
S, SUPER-S, T5/6, V, SUPER-V, H, SUPER-H

And does anyone have any information about clipping the turbine wheel and what effects that it has on spool/lag/whatever else.

Basically size a compressor housing/wheel that works fine w/ the stock or clipped turbine wheel, and doesnt increase lag by too much.

stage II is a h3 (super - h) compressor wheel, with the stock exhuast wheel clipped 10 degrees, it would fit your criteria nicely.

The major diameter is 3'' as opposed to 2.75''

300rwhp on pump gas, stock port 13bt, would like to use just a rtek 1.7 and a S-AFC. I know its possible, but who has done it reliably for several months?
