Should I be skeptical?

87 RX-7 with 86,000 miles for $2000. Should I be skeptical? Sorry I don't have any more information yet, I'm going to look at the car today.

I bought my '86 GXL with ~89k on it for $2400, and it was in almost mint condition. I bought my beat-up '88 Turbo2 for $1250. These cars arent exactly expensive, unless a rare model or extremely low miles..

No that sounds like the going rate if it's in good condition. I wouldn't be skeptical of that. Good luck!

I got my 89 TII for $2800, had 10k on a rebuild, fantastic interior, came with some aftermarket audio stuff, and only needed a paintjob.

Thanks, you can probably tell I don't know a lot about these cars but I get more interested in them the more I hear about them, and you have to start somewhere right???

For that price, it should be in decent condition.

Get a compression test done first!!!
