Any color or thickness in particular?
I believe Parts Express (http://www.partsexpress.com/) has ABS sheets in 12"x12"x1/8" black squares.

Wouldn't really know since this would be my first time doing this. Thanks for the link though. I want to put my turbo timer, boost controller and fuel controller in where the stock radio is. I think it seems easy enough. What do you think?

I just checked McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmastercarr.com/), and they have a larger selection of ABS sheets.

Check "Raw Materials and Springs" and "Thermoplastic" and click on "ABS".&nbsp You can choose size, thickness, and color (beige or black).

Yes, I normally work with ABS plastic.&nbsp It's pretty easy to cut (run as low as a blade speed you can), and it's pretty durable.

Any hobby shop....

should have what your looking for.

Check Home depot, look for things that have large amounts of plasic IN them or are MADE OF large sheets of plastic.

A door, or plexiglass (back painted black) or whatever.

I think if you're going to use the stock radio (single DIN) hole, then you should get one of those $15.00 installation kits and use the flat blocking panel from there: no cutting, perfect fit first time!

If you can't find one, any hardware store will have a sheets of Lexan that you can work with. Hell, if you wanted to be ricey, you can always use the neon yellow!

Good luck!

I use aluminum sheet metal and black textured paint over it. The black textured paint really looks at home in the FC interior.

I do NOT recommend using plexi - it's a bitch to cut (cracks really easily) and scratches even more easier!&nbsp Plexi also gives off noxious gases when heated and warps easily in a hot interior.&nbsp ABS is superior to plexi with the exception that it's hard to find "clear" ABS.

Any comprehensive car audio shop will have ABS. I can always get leftovers and such, I have made a few stereo surrouds, etc with it.

there is some stuff in a place called Lowe's near where i live (not sure if ppl are familiar with it) but they sell the high impact plastic that comes in 1/4" thickness. just paint the back part of it the color you desire and it comes out sweet. trust me.. you have a jigsaw and a dremel, thats all you need.

Has flat CF panels and panels w/ molded edges available as well as guage pods. Megaspeed7 posted this address in the TMIC thread for the CF hood vent.
