Angry Severe idle issues

Alright, here's my problem. Car will NOT idle below 2,500rpm with the airflow meter or TPS connected. With the TPS connected, it will idle around 1.3K and nowhere below, with the AFM connected and not the TPS (when the car DOES start this way) it idled around 2K very roughly. With them all together I managed to get it to hold an idle at 2.5K rpm, and it rev's/etc just fine. I have no vacuum leaks anywhere, the BAC isn't causing it, I've blocked it off and it does the same thing. If I ohm the TPS while it's warm to 1K, the same thing, if I use the light method, nothing I do will make those two lights turn off. I've checked EVERYWHERE for vacuum leaks, and I've checked over every single hose and there's no leaks anywhere. Now anybody have ANY idea's before I put a sledgehammer through the car? Could an NA tps on a turbo be the culprit? Any ideas at all, bad AFM, bad TPS, bad ECU, bad spark plugs? Anybody at all?

God damnit, I'm getting so tired of that damn car. No matter what I do it will just NOT start without cranking for 30 seconds, and it will NOT idle under 2,000+rpm, no matter WHAT i do. I've gotten to the point where I'm just about ready to blow the ******* thing up. No vacuum leaks, BAC didn't do a damn thing, TPS won't make the two check lights go off no matter where I have it set, starting to run out of damn ideas quick. I'm going to just start moving the timing all around tomorrow and see if I can get it to start at any spot without having to crank for 30 seconds.

No, I haven't checked the ECU, I'm not sure what could be bad on the ECU to cause an issue like this. However I am going to replace the ECU/upper intake manifold (with a US-SPEC one) TPS and AFM so I know for certain that it's not one of these causing the issue.
