sensors?!?

I've got an 88 Turbo II, no smog system, no AC, no power steering....I'm just finishing putting a new engine back into it, I'm nearing the end of the project only problem I didn't see what sensors were unplugged in the teardown. If anybody can give me a list of the sensors that are needed to run and there location I would really appreciate it.

Downloading a copy of the FSM is your best bet.

Important ones on an 88 NA (turbo should be similar):

Pressure sensor (passenger's shock tower)
Airflow meter (under the intake filter)
Water temperature (back of water pump)
Dynamic chamber air temperature (under BAC)
BAC (not really a sensor, but still needed)
Plug into the back of the alternator
Crank Angle Sensor

I think that's about it. I might be missing something though, and I'm not familiar with any turbo-only connections.

(BAC) I was under the impression that the BAC was a sensor that adjusted the idle to compinsate for any accessories such as AC, or powersteering. If were talking about the thing that connects to the back side of the UIM, I removed it.

The pressure sensor gets it's vacuum source from the nipple on the back side of the UIM right?

Syonyk is correct for NA, you're correct for Turbo.
