The manifold of ebay. I see more people buy their manifolds off of ebay than anywhere else.

I would get rid of the twins. Alot of the people that has that engine gets rid of them.

First, that turbo is not a Garrett GT45. It's cheap Chinese copy. Just look at the pictures of a real GT45 (ie. from ATP Turbo) and you will see the differences.

Secondly, GT45 is WAY too large for a 13B-RE unless you are running a large full bridgeport. Even then it's a hell of a lot of turbo, capable of pushing enough air to make 800HP.

Third, the no-name manifolds (sold on eBay and various other online shops) are sometimes of questionable quality. There have been a lot of reports of cracks and other failures, though some seem to work just fine. The problem is you never know what you are getting and who made it. None of those manifolds are sturdy enough to mount a GT45 and probably don't offer the clearance necessary.

The cosmo turbos are crap, They are smaller than the FD twins and were made to boost quickly. The car was built for low end torque because of its weight. This is the setup going on my 13b-re. It's a GT4088R with a 1.06 ar. Manifold is a equil length 321s stainless equal length divided manifold. Down pipe is 3in with the wastegate plumbed back in.

Manifold and downpipe are custom made, I picked them up from a member on the forums. Garrett lists a number of distributors on their website, I got it from Bloush Turbos.
