Second Gen Rx7 Crash tests?

So i was looking at Youtube at these chinese cars they built.. Are they trying to kill everyone off?

Then it got me thinking How would an Rx7 do on a crash test? yes i know japan makes good cars.
But Since they are sports cars and under law at the time they were exempt. So My question is Did anyone ever crash test these cars? Maybe real life crashes will probe into how these cars will hold up in a front end crash? anyone have a vid let me know.. 1-10 how safe do you really think you are?

News flash : YOU ARE NEVER "SAFE" IN A CRASH!!!

Be that as it may, http://781.h1.bryt.rzeszow.pl/

and

from www.crashtest.com (archived NHTSA crash data)

Year--- |Make and Model |Doors| Weight | Driver (F) Pass | Driver (S) Pass |

1988--- Mazda RX7------------ 2Dr-- 3320 (**** ) (**** )

F= Denotes Frontal Crash
S= Denotes Side Impact

Each asterisk denotes a "STAR"

so in essence... NHTSA crash data for the 1988 Mazda Rx7 was 4 Stars... Front and Side...

Draw your own conclusions, however, we really do love these cars, so please, try not to crash one...

The second gen was heavier than the first and third gens. It's built like a tank. Probably would fair well in a crash, even today...

Mostly all crashes reported back here have been nothing but a scratch to the driver.

Have you not seen the crash pics in the pic section? Search woulda been good

from what I've seen, even in a virt. They hold up great

Sure it may be bent to **** and gotta get another one after rolling, but with only some scratches thats pretty good

We were hit in a late 80s toyota by a mini van, the mini van was completely spilled apart and the toyota was totalled (maybe the van too not sure) most fc pics and the drivers description of the crash should of been much worse

been a while since i looked at that site, but 4 stars is equal or better than volvo/mercedes from the same or even newer years
