1. Take off the turbine housing.
2. Find a ~35mm washer.
3. Remove the back plate on the turbine housing.
4. Use a die grinder (or something of similar capabilities) and enlarge the hole to a simliar size as the washer.
5. Weld the washer onto the wastegate arm.
6. Re-assemble.

So you removed your twin scroll? That shouldn't have an effect on the boost creep, I'm not sure why you are mentioning it?

well I still have that flapper valve on the side of the manifold.(bottom) It was fabricated to hold closed so that I wouldnt boost more than 6lbs while I was waiting for my EMS. Now it keeps boosting higher and higher eacht time and I know Im too high for my turbo

Dude.... Its pointless to ask questions on this forum because everyone would rather insult your intelligence than help you.

Id check FC3Spro.com.... He has a pretty sweet site that can help you out with a lot of common problems RX7's have.

Did you miss that fact that he's been given three different links that provide all the answers he needs? All you've contributed is a repeat of one of those links...

hey bentot. WHen you remove the turbo to port it just cut that flapper out and get a bolt that will fit in remaining hole of the manifold. Then just get the correct tap and vouala no more twin scroll.

Minus the RXTuner article (which I think was written by Mr. Cake), what info are you missing? What part(s) don't you know how to do ?
