s5 n/a Centerforce DF installed about 3000miles ago -- still running perfectly
As the topic states, I purchased a Centerforce DF for my S5N/A about 300 miles ago.
After the 500mile bed-in, I went autocrossing for a day and have put 2500 hard miles on the car.
The clutch has stock pedal effort and disengages at one point consistantly.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results and would most definately recommend anyone who is looking for a new clutch to consider the Centerforce Dual Friction for their install.
suds.
(I am not affiliated in any way with CF, just very happy)

Someone will get on here and tell you how bad they suck but I've had them on 2 different cars, 1 turbo and 1 nonturbo and I've never had any issues whatsoever with them. I'd recommend them. As a contrast I killed a Bonez street/strip clutch in an n/a in about 1200 miles.

I put one on my 91 NA about 2000 miles ago, and it's great. I had heard bad things about the DF, but if you break them in properly, they hold out quite well. Should at least hold out untill I do the turbo II swap next year.
Got mine for around $250.00 from nopi.
