S4 and S5 TII fuel rails swapable??

As the title says are the S4 and S5 TII fuel rails swapable? Its been awhile since I ahve been around them.

Also on the S4 rails the fuel lines are banjo bolts, the FPR and Pulsation dampener are both bolt on, right? Anyone know the banjo bolt thread sizes and if a sard adaptor will work with the FPR?

Thanks!

People say you cannot use s4 rails on an s5 manifold but you can. My setup has aftermarket lines and regulator with s4 fuel rails on an s5 motor. The primary rail bolts right up and the secondary rails need to be raised for the injectors to fit. I used 3 washers in between the rail and manifold and longer bolts.

Stugots7, hmmm sounds similar to what I am planning on. What size fittings did you use to adapt the rails to -AN fittings? Have any part numbers? Pics?

Anyone else post up some info or pics?

One thing I forgot to mention I am looking to swap the S4 TII rails into a S5 TII, but I am using an FD UIM.

I dont see why not. THe fuel injectors are all the same height from top to bottom. So it stands that the fuel rails have the same gap between engine and rail.

If you are talking about the rail ends, 12mm × 1.25 and 14mm × 1.50

i have S4 TURBO rails on a S5 TURBO LIM,the only thing that you need to do is put some washers in between the rail and the LIM mounting pints in order to not crush the injector o-rings when you tight everything down, and i do have the same setup that you are trying to build(S5 LIM,FD UIM and T-BODY,SX FPR)and it works perfect.

What fitting is used to replace the stock FPR? Where can I find one? I know Sard has a replacement for the FD3S, does it work on the FC s4 rail as well?
