I finaly did without and had to think about what actaully needed to be hooked up where. Thats all it took.

FPR was the only solenoid I left hooked up. It kinda just dangles from the harness, but it doesnt matter at this point. It plays a crucial part to easy hot-starts. You can cap it, but you are prone to some bad hot-start flooding at the worst moments (usually happens on a date or when you're late for a business/school meeting...)

S5 guys will want to keep their VDI and Aux port solenoids though unless they rig up a different plan to actuate them like I had.

Fuel pressure regulator? With the vac rack removed I routed the nipple on the inside of the LIM that is angled towards the firewall to the FPR. It needs to see manifold vac/pressure. I have an s5 t2 btw but it should be the same.

It doesn't NEED it, it alternatively could just be left with no tube at all, but you lose hotstart assist. The ECU switches the vac on at hot starts to lower the fuel pressure to make for an easier start...

For the NA FPR use the single nipple on the left side of the TB, near the intake air temp sensor. This is where the pressure reg control solenoid (and by extension the FPR) originally gets its vac source from...S4's...

You can get the S4 N/A down to 2 vacuum lines. Injectors bleed and FPR I believe.

Injector bleeds aren't vacuum, neither are oil injector bleeds.

Anyone have any other complete s4 na emissions removal with pictures and detailed instructions, kinda like rotary resurrection but they only have s4, s5 TII and S5 na.

if the whole point of removing the emissions is to not have a vaccum diagram, then whats the point of remiving it if you still need a diagram?

this really isnt that hard of a thing to do there is a color coated s4 NA diagram on the forum somewhere and you just fallow the the pretty colors

Need the pressure sensor, even Aftermarket EMS's need one.

Don't NEED the injector bleed, and sometimes, not even the FPR line (although I always run an FPR vac line).

Dunno, Kevin told me the two and I forgot them. Come to think of it I think he said boost sensor and FPR. Dunno, been a long day.

Kevin caps off the injector bleeds, so this makes sense.
I have seen an aftermarket EMS set-up to run without referencing the FPR to manifold pressure, and then tuning the engine from there. I didn't really like the idea (low fuel atomization at higher boost levels), and the engine blew in a relatively short time period, but that being said, it can be done.

Initially, I was referring to stock ECU, which requires 2 lines minimum.

The Aftermarket EMS set-up I described required 1 vacuum line.
