Runing on one rotor.... need help

I just finished putting another turbo on the car. A little bigger one. I had just finished and had been driving it for about 15 minuetes. Everything seemed to be ok except for he fact that it needed tuning badly ofcourse. Well all of a sudden under boost it all of a sudden loss power and would die at idle. So heres the deal. I put 720s as mt primarys and 1000cc as my secondarys. the car is very hard to start and throws flames really easily.

THE FACTORS
I have good compression, in both rotors.

I have good spark in both rotors.

The fuel system is good, good pressure, good resistance in the injectors & the wiring. & Good voltage.

any IDEAS?

How are your plugs?

Sounds like you have an overfueling problem. Injector stuck open?

I know Im not doin a whole lot for fuel controll. I have a chpped ecu with a SAFC II. I know I need a stand alone but to be complete and even run decent, but it shouldnt only run on the front rotor. I have a wideband & it was staying around 12:1 at idle & 11:1 during acceleration.

Resistance in the injectors is good. I have low impedence injectors in the primarys with resistors & they worked great when they were in the secondarys before. The secondarys are high impedence already. The resistors are wired in & soldered well. i made sure of that. It was overfueling but it was still running on both rotors for a while. It just all of a sudden had a loss of power under boost and started to run on one rotor

Do u think I could have fried the ECU cause I turned up the injector pulse too high?

Plugs are good, a month old.

Have you pulled the plugs to dry them/check spark?

With that much fuel going in, it's not going to take much to totally soak the plugs to the point where they can't fire.

no, the plugs are fine, I had to take them out to check compression. I even let it sit for 2 days then strted it again. The same thing

not trying to hijack the thread, but since it was brought up, aaroncake, how do you know if an injector is stuck open? is there a way to un-stick it? i was thinking of just applying a quick 12v current to mine to try to unstick them. i think i can apply it straight from the battery, my car is an S5 NA. it is very difficult to start, the plugs get soaked from cranking only a few times, and it reeks of fuel.
