Either bad trailing coil or bad connection going to the trailing coil. Test and see if there is spark from the trailing coils.

whey you say the rpms are at zero do you mean on your gauge? or the actual engine rpms?
if its the gauge then check your gauge conections, one way would be to just rev the engine and if the gauge doesnt move then your gauge, although rare may be fubar or just not connected properly
if its the engine then it could be you have a major vaccum problem or hat the people up their said
