Unhappy Revs Suck, Help Please

so now that i have the bucking problem behind me. turned out it was the TPS, DUH.
there is a new one at hand. this would be of course the idle. seems ok. arounf 800, there is an ocasional "missing" pop from time to time. it seems when i rev it, it has a problem. like a laggy elongate "d" noise from the spanish word padro. you know how it really rolled off the toungh? well its kinda like that up to about 2k then its fine after that.

any thoughts? let me know thanks!

Got the air pump & ACV still on the car? Probably where your Padddddddddro is coming from...

Shifter light is controlled by the ECU, and will come on whenever the ECU wants it to come on...Ignore it...

Is this strange buzzer loud and annoying, and comes with a warning light, or something a little more tolerable, with no lights?

You can pull your shifter out (3 10mm bolts) and check for caked up gunk in the housing, and lube the contact areas if you want, or you could try some Redline MT-90 tranny fluid in the tranny, depending on what you mean by "shifter is not very smooth"...

"or something a little more tolerable, with no lights?"

youd just be hemmoraging oil, and leaking vacuum which would cause all the problems with driveability, so id say no offhand. check your oil level, and when the cars cold check your coolant level. just to be safe. offhand it sounds like your gonna hve fun cleaning out your engine bay./

you have no idea......the oil that has been doin this has been coroding threw the bottom coolant hose. i believe il be investing in some coolent hoses earlier than expected. you think i should replace the OMP? i might also try premixing....i just dont know how to get to it

Dude, at this point I would think about premixing, lol...

Just the cost alone to replace the 4 OMP lines alone is going to approach $100...

i agree with wayne. just block it off and premix. no more burning oil and having to top off constantly. i believe acceptable premix ratio is 100:1. and with the work youll have to do to get your omp working, itll probably be easier and better for your car just to premix.

oh...hey yeah..its been a bit since i last posted. i forgot to tell the progress on thoses lines.

uhh i did premixing for a bit till i got the lines. then i intalled the omp lines ALL BY MY SELF (pats on the back) yeaaah! however i have noticed that the injector connectors have been almost completely metled off and the plastic thingys on the injectors were flaked off.(i was curious because i had never seen an injector). but i got thoughs on the way. and the SS OMP lines are installed!!!

not bad for a 19 year old huh?
