but seriousely you need to be more spesific. as was stated above (see karak's post) what do you need it for?
you would probably be batter off going to a plumbing supply company and asking a sales rep about what you are trying to do.

The easiest way would be to vist/call Mazda and order one (p/n 8931-13-986). Otherwise you can make one out of anything that'll fit snugly inside a vac line. Drill a 0.5mm (0.020") hole through it.

yeah the time I really noticed this was when i installed my microtech vac hose on the uim nipple and found that the boost readings where all over the place. I then put the vac hose on one of the vac nipples on the tb and found that the boost readings where smoth. I wonder if I just would have used a restictor pill if it would have worked.........hum. Maybe I'll try it
