It is attached to the guage panel by snaps or screws (depending on series).
There are 4 screws holding the guage panel in. Remove those, reach around and unplug the 2 or 3 plugs (depending on auto or manual tranny) and the speedo cable, then remove the whole gauge assembly

You need to remove the entire cluster. There are screws located around the sides that hold it to the dash. Remove them (I think there are 4) and slide out the cluster. Find someone with small girlish hands that can reach behind and disconnect the speedometer cable and 2 wiring harness connectors. Then pull the cluster out. Once it is removed, on the back you will see the screws for the bezel.

There is another way to unplug it. Lay on your back and reach your hand up under the dash and thread it through the opening towards the cluster. If you follow the speedo cable up, you will find it and there is a white plastic (you won'te be able to see it usually) clip on the end. Squeeze it towards the cable and either pull on the cable or pull the intrument cluster away to separate it.

On my S4 the clear plastic was glued and cliped to the black plastic backing the gagues are mounted to. Take a razer blade and run it along the edge of clear the plastic. Also be carefull when removing the arms of the fule, oil, temp and volt as they have a small becking that can get lost vary easily. Lastl do not over tighten the new faces as they may pull and wrinkle.
