1. You could have your fuel lines switched up
2. if you put your rotors in wrong it could be 180 off try and switch you plug wires and injector wires.
3. you have your primary plugs mixed up with your secondarys
4.check your main engine fuse its a 15amp by your kick panel also there is a ground by where your egr was and one from the bell housing to the fire wall and a lot under your trailing coil
im also having trouble with my motor i pulled it out today going to break it back open and check everything and go with a little bigger port a J-port i can come over this weekend if your not working

Algn the first mark on the pulley with the fixed pointer. Install the cas per the fsm.
Now remove the two screws that hold the black cap on the top of the CAS. Look at the two *pointers*/gears/teeth/whatever on the top of the shaft and observe their relationship to the two black coils. The pointers should look and be as shown in the following jpg:http://www.teamfc3s.org/forum/showth...threadid=29846
Then again it could just be flooded/no spark ta da da da

Two things that prevented me from starting my rebuild... (and wasted a lot of Hailer's time while he tried to help me!), the second fuse from the top in the engine bay fuse holder was blown, and it was hairline facture, so the spark plugs weren't firing.. . the second was my plugs. They were used plugs, I replaced them with NGKs, it fired every time since then.

****I actually go so far as to make marks with permanent marker, so its easier to line up the CAS.

I really wish MAZDA CORP had done what you did, it would have saved a lot of people a lot of time, Mr Rat. (Hey, you got any Freeze 12 for sale?)
SUPERFAST.......tell me, are you having a hard time finding the marks on the pulley to align with the fixed pointer???? Sometimes the marks are filled with dirt, poorly marked, bare scratches. Gotta look real hard sometimes. The distributor thing is called a crank angle sensor or CAS. Take its black top off and look at the *GEARS*. There is a set of *GEARS* or teeth on the top but only two of them. If you turn your pulley til the first mark is aligned with the fixed pointer, then rotate you CAS body til the top two teeth are like in the picture I jpg'd in the other post.
