ok thats what I thought... is it good or bad? should I replace with something to rid me of it? I have no experience since my car was never in driving condition when I got it. So anyone with experience have something to say about it?

When the DTSS is functioning it's supposed to be pretty decent. Odds are that bushing is shot...cars are getting older man. DTSS bushings from Mazda are pretty expensive, IIRC.

Get DTSS Eliminator bushings. They're either on Mazdatrix or RB. I plan on getting eliminator bushings.

ok, I am replacing all bushings in system took me all day to get out the subframe and the subframe to control arm bushings today. Should get the rest done tomorrow.

And once again anyone else with insight on the rear steer bushing elimination or replacement let me know what ya think. I would personally like to know what the DTSS feels like before I remove the option.

The rear steering is terrible for autocross or any type of racing. On the street the rear steering can save your *** if your a crappy driver. If the back end starts to slide the rear steering helps straighten it out, but it takes away your feel for when the car is at its limit. The eliminators are about $50 usd from racing beat and really easy to install.

ok... well most people I talk to think a rear wheel drive car is like the worst thing to try to recover from when you lose control... I on the other hand learned to drive a rear wheel drive in the winter and love the ability to fishtale and gain back my ability to go straight without stopping so I don't think I would have problems controlling the rear of car without the rear steer. Thank you
