Thank You... It seems like the "Grail-Shaped Beacon" is, actually, Castle Anthrax... Mostly just knitting fancy lingerie & demanding a Spanking for Being Naughty & Generally Worthless & Bothersome & Needing Incessant Nanny-Bobbing - Yet Never Performing "As Advertised" in the appearance of the Grail-"Shaped" Beacon.

Of course I believe you- this is the internet and everything is real.
Two questions:
-OK, the engine management is stock but what else isn't? For instance, are the trans/diff and exhaust still original? Did you do the porting or was it bought in?
-To go from your (presumably reliable) current 200 hp up to the promised 250, what else besides the ECU itself has to change?
Injectors, pump?
Will you be tuning?
Neither question is meant to imply a value judgement, I'm after a cost estimate to reach and maintain your desired power level...because as it happens, I think 250-300 rwhp is the sweet spot in a daily streetcar.

The plans where originally, to just do a standard street port with turbo II exhaust sleeves. Well with buying new rotor housings and irons, the budget got thrown off...they called to inform me to stay within budget, I'd need to drop the porting.
I expressed my dismay with them over the phone, and they said they had been wanting to do an experiment for sometime and said they'd do the port job for free if they could experiment on my engine. I agreed, and this is what they did.
They did a practice run on one of my old housings cutting the diffusers out with a plasma cutter and then grinding it out to effectively be TII sleeves. The experiment was to barely touch the intake ports much but go slightly beyond a normal street port for the exhaust.
As far as the exhaust system, everything beyond the stock manifold has been redone. I have a presilencer where the main cat goes and straight through magnaflow mufflers on the tail end. The exhaust porting already makes it super duper loud, and when I inquired about headers, they said not to do it, as the small benefit to headers would soon me mitigated by my trying to quite the system up with more restrictive mufflers.
The 50 HP they where referring to would be accomplished by wiring in a PFC and tuning the fuel and timing. 1,200 bucks for the PFC, wire it in myself and a few hundred dollars worth of dyno tuning. The few hundred dollars of tuning included them welding in a bung for a wideband so they could temporarily use it while tuning.
