Got these with my gasket set i got from malloy.

I originally thought they were gaskets that go between the LIM and the engine - but they seem too small for that.

I don't have my shortblock anymore but i think those orings go around there, not to sure tho.

Wow, thanks for the super fast reples! OMP is blocked off, but which coolant passages, not the ones where the LIM is, right?

 

No prob. Hmm scratch that last statement i looked on ddubs site to see if there was any oring areas but no, i guess my memory is going away lol, maybe it was behind the front cover.

Those are for the LIM coolant passages on the TII. Im positive becuase I had them at one point and installed them.

 

Here's the comparison of the O-ring that was in the coolant passage where the LIM goes, that's why i was assuming it wasn't for there since they were much smaller.

 

Those smaller ones may be for the oil filter pedistal, where it bolts to the iron.

 

hahaha, man im such a tool sometimes. I just assumed exactly what they were by first 'glancing' at them. I didn't even really read your initial post, in wich you clearly say they are too small! lol.

Yeah looks like the oil filter ones...

I also heard there are two orings that go to the turbo coolant passages or something? I have no idea because I have an N/A but I had extra orings and was told thats what they were for.
